  • What motivates you?
I believe we’re all blessed with different skills, experiences, and opportunities. I’m highly motivated by a sense of responsibility to use the gifts that I have to improve the lives of others in any way that I can.
  • Name 3 words to describe the Zola team.
    Innovative. Passionate. Fun.
  • What is something that surprised you about working here or in your area?
Beside the fact that there’s breakfast every Wednesday and a ping-pong table? I was surprised by how much there is to learn. My background is primarily in higher education, so there was (and still is) a lot for me to learn working within the tech and legal worlds simultaneously. It’s been an exciting challenge that I’m very grateful for.
  • Describe yourself in 3 adjectives.
    Outcome- or mission-focused. Solution-oriented. Grateful.
  • If you could meet any celebrity (dead or alive) who would it be?
Richard Branson and/or Meghan Markle. For celebrities, they both seem to be kind, down-to-earth, and good stewards of their resources.
  • What’s your favorite book?
Mindset by Carol Dweck. It’ll change your life.
